The Dalla Corte Studio is equipped with the proven Dalla Corte brewing group, which ensures excellent temperature stability. Via a display, the brewing temperature, pre-infusion and extrusion time can be set very easily. There are 7 presets for the pre-infusion.
The studio has a novel compact rotary pump that allows both use with solid water and with the enlarged 4 L tank. With its compact dimensions, it is the smallest machine from Dalla Corte and fits very well in the home kitchen, in the office or in small cafes. It is operated with tank or fixed water connection. The studio, like all Dalla Corte machines, is made entirely of CW510L (Lead Free Brass) in all metal components related to drinking water. This is far from our knowledge unique. On request, all RAL colors can be realized, standard colors are stone gray and white.
The studio will replace the Mini and Super Mini models.
